Regular return

You are promised a 30 day return policy for any items you may change your mind on. In order to receive a full refund, the item must be returned in the condition it first arrived in. Any opened items will be charged with a 15% restock fee.

Please email us at jamiah@strictlyanimez.com or contact us on our facebook page: Strictly Animez and notify us that you are wanting to return a item. We will give you the address to send the item back to and once the item is returned we will process your refund, which will take 2-3 business days.

If you do not receive the item you purchased you are promised a FULL refund for that item.
